I decided to do online research about to eat or not to eat after 7pm. I found mixed reviews; they were all convincing. So, I’ve decided to do a little experiment this week. I’m not going to eat after 7pm as I decrease my portion sizes. I am starting 177 lbs. I’ve also been thinking about trying a supplement program, but not this week. For now we’ll see how not eating after 7pm works out.
